Description
Wine characteristics 
    • Flavor profile: A blend of fruit and spice, with prominent notes of eucalyptus, peppercorn, and granadilla. It has delicate smoky undertones from oak aging.
    • Body: Medium-bodied.
    • Finish: Soft tannins and a silky finish.
    • Alcohol content: Around 14%
    • Aging potential: Ready to be enjoyed now or within three years from the vintage. 

Winemaking and vineyard 
  • Location: Western Cape, South Africa, with grapes grown in sandy and rocky soils.
  • Grape origin: Grapes come from both trellised vineyards and bush vines.
  • Harvest: Grapes are harvested when they reach
  • Production: The wine undergoes a 10-month aging process after initial fermentation, utilizing a combination of barrels and staves. 

Food Pairing :

Excellent alternative, especially for the fattier cuts like Shishlik (lamb chops) and the Barg. The pepper and dark fruit notes work beautifully with chargrilled meat.
