We seek partners who are dedicated to providing the warm, dedicated service that defines the Persian dining experience, making every guest feel truly welcome. Most importantly, you must be driven to make your Chef Javad Restaurant and Bar a celebrated destination in your community. As well as establishing a positive and productive relationship with us, you should also:
• Be an experienced restaurant operator in your own territory, ideally with a background in premium, full-service dining.
• Have the financial resources to roll out and support the restaurants and brand across the territory, with sufficient funds available to execute our high standards.
• Have an established infrastructure that can provide support functions (like local marketing, HR, and operations) to your Chef Javad Restaurant and Bar.
