Our Torshi Makhloot is a crunchy, colourful medley of vegetables pickled in a seasoned vinegar brine. This batch features crisp carrot, tender aubergine (eggplant), and crunchy cauliflower (گل کلم – gol kalam), among other seasonal vegetables, all infused with aromatic spices.
