A simple yet satisfying favourite, Chef Javad’s Grilled Halloumi is a perfect vegetarian choice at our London restaurant. We select premium Cypriot halloumi cheese, celebrated for its unique salty tang and firm texture that grills beautifully.

Thick slices are expertly chargrilled over an open flame until they achieve a gorgeous golden-brown crust with a delightfully crispy exterior, giving way to a soft, slightly melted centre.
