This exquisite lamb is served alongside “Baghali Polo”, a fragrant Persian steamed rice layered generously with fresh dill and tender broad beans (fava beans). Guests can also choose our classic fluffy saffron rice as an alternative pairing for this iconic Persian lamb dish.
