This unique, two-in-one chargrilled kebab starts with a generous skewer of our signature finely seasoned, hand-minced lamb (Koobideh). In a traditional method, “jewels” (negin) of tender, saffron-marinated chicken breast are then expertly pressed onto the lamb.
